Suspension Training has been a unique training tool for many years and is most widely seen in gymnastics in the Olympics. However, over the past few years the commercialisation of this form of training has become wide spread through the development of ztrainers and TRX bands.


Suspension training is now widely used and has the potential to develop a chiselled and lean body with core strength to match.

K2NY Academy suspension training course is offered to level 2 or above gym instructors and personal trainers who wish to improve their knowledge and skills to enable them to deliver a comprehensive suspension training workout.

Once completing this course you will receive a K2NY Academy qualification which is fast becoming a nationally recognised training college.


In conjunction with this, graduates will also be fully insurable under the Complimentary Therapies Association, allowing them to work as a instructor anywhere in the world (excluding the U.S.A and Canada).
